VIERGE BEAUTY CARE SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or United States holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
Haiti and the Dominican Republic: 5–15 business days
All other international destinations: 15–22 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed or calculated during checkout based on the destination, package, and available carrier services.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR LOST ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at hello@viergebeautycare.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
If tracking indicates a package may be lost in transit, contact us at hello@viergebeautycare.com so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
