Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days
International Shipping (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Canada, France): 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
